W00t!

Yay, I'm here! Granted I've already "been here" for around 14 hours now but oh well, who cares about details.

So far I've almost exclusively met nice and helpful people, though one of them (the tram conductor) sent me the wrong way while I was trying to get to the flat. Fortunately, my now-flatmate Silvia (the other, her husband, would be Garry) had some time and picked me up - it turned out I was just one street away which went parallel to the right one.

If my English sounds strange to you right now, keep in mind that I'm jetlagged and dizzily sleepy. That also means that there will be no complete account of today's events but I'll at least put up a +/- list up for what happened so far:

+ nice temperature (it was 14°C when I arrived)
+ so far very nice, helpful people
+ cool flat mates
+ given the circumstances the flight was actually rather pleasant

- really bloody knackered
- confusing public transport system
